You'll need to have a later model PS2 to read DVD-RW, something past v4.  I've got the first model and it only reads DVD-R.

As with all DVD-/+ stuff it's kinda a hit or miss thing and you may just have to try it to see if it works with your stuff.

Mine has no luck with -RW's. I can only use -R's

all my blanks are used except 1 pack of dvd+rw
off to buy a stack from Kmart. on sale now for $6.00 fot 15 disks
