need some info, font used in Ladybug

<< < (2/2)

Crowquill:
Well...it was worth a try. And it seems that even after some cleanup, it detected the word as a number 5. Now if only we knew which font :)

Crowquill:
How 'bout this:

This is exactly what I want to do, but I can't draw to save my life (I cannot even draw a stright line with a computer).  How did you do the text for this .gif, what font, etc.

Crowquill:
The font started out as Avant Garde and was edited to more closely match the Ladybug artwork. It's not really practical to do this for more than a couple words, but for the title I think it's worth it. Normal Avant Garde would probably be good enough for instruction cards, button labels, and that sort of thing.

Artwork was done in Illustrator and saved as a GIF.

I replied to your PM but hadn't heard anything back. I just sent you an email.
