Doesn't RDC require one specific port? I don't remember being able to change it on the server side.

It's a registry change
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp
Either that, or just do a port forwarding / translation on your router. Incoming port 5599 translates to desktop port 3389.

The funniest thing was when I read into one of Stingray's replies and it sounded like he was blocked from his own site ;D

I think he is, but he's using a proxy to get around it.
