Tornado Spinner Top

Roughy:
I actually searched and didn't find anything on this--but of course, I can also never find whatever it is that my wife says is "right there" and it usually is.

Anyway, I'm looking at the Tornado Spinner Tops... and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them?

Standard
Skirted
O-Ring

Personally, I kind of like th O-Ring, but the standard is pretty cool, too.

Any feedback on any of these as far as what plays best / feels best, etc?

I have a SlikStik skirted knob on my Oscar V2 and I like it a lot. At first I wanted the Tempest Knob from Oscar but since Kelsey decided to go Bye-Bye, I got myself the SlikStik and in the end I think this is a better all-around knob.

It's skirted for the place to "rest" your fingers, and the knurling is super-grippy so you can whip the thing around and stop it in an instant (excellent for Tempest), or you can turn it precisely with the tip of your finger around the edge of it, etc. Overall I've been happy with the SlikStik skirted. Good luck,

Eric.

Slow thread...

heh, how about any spinner feedback then?

Anything?

I got the o-ring top for use on an Arkanoid-style spinner.  I had a Tempest-style knob that I was going to use, but I found it to be a little rough on the fingertips.  The rubber rings are very comfortable.  No skirt, though, and I can see why you'd want one.  Just depends on what you're playing, really.

Welll, I can't tell you which one plays best, but I've been quite happy with the O-Ring version myself.
