Broke CD from Amazon

I just received my copy of the book from Amazon and the CD is cracked and is in two pieces.  I'm waiting on a response from Amazon regarding a replacement.  In the meantime, is there any place I can download a copy from?  I would like to get started with my project!  I can post a picture of my book for proof of purchase if need be.

Wow that was tough figuring out how to do all that and still take the picture, but I got a copy of the CD.   ;)

Amazon, if your listening don't worry about sending me a replacement book, there are many other newbies like myself that could use it.
