trackball drops ipac power
midway:
Usually the trackball would plug into an "opti-pac"
like an i-pac board but specifically for trackball and spinners!
the opti pac then plugs into a usb port and provides the ball with the necessary +- 5v
you dig ?

But what if he has one of those trackballs with built-in PS/2 connection?
midway:
True enough!,
i had seen the pic with the trackball under the plate
Thought it was an Ultimarc job.
Made a hasty asumption.
Knew a pretty girl called Asumpta once.
Though she was more pasty than hasty.
