I'm not sure if this will actually be helpful to anyone, but I figured that I would place it here just in case.  These are plans that I modified to help me install my Project Arcade monitor shelf to accommodate my 27" television at a nice angle.

My TV is a JVC AV-27530.  I modified these plans to scale so that I would know exactly where to measure and install the monitor shelf.  These plans will put your TV at a 12.5 degree incline.  In practice, when I was installing the actual shelf, I lowered the rear end of the shelf about 1/2 inch more... bringing the incline to about 14 degrees I estimate.
