Well, my new plan consists of getting 2 cheap gameport joysticks and wireing them up to a hacked dc pad, i just need to know how to wire it up.

DC=$99.95

Saturn=$89.99 w adapter included

Both are from toysnjoys.com

If you know a place that sells them cheaper, enlighten me, please.
(no really please, i'd like to know.)

I looked around everywhere for these years ago, and couldn't find them for a better price.

I looked around everywhere for these years ago, and couldn't find them for a better price.  I ended up just getting them from ToysnJoys.  They were expensive, and it took a long time for me to get them, but I was happy with the final result.

Adeptus:
I have seen some info on DC twinsticks recently... I believe the left stick is wired to standard digital directions, the right stick is wired to 4 buttons (not sure which ones).
Try GameSX main site or forums

This seems to refer mostly to the saturn, witch does not help me as the dreamcast version i have does not support the same button layouts.  It was a nice read however.
