Hi, I have been trying to recall the name of a software that  did allow you to create something like virtual folder structure or databases, that behaved just as if you were working directly in Explorer.  They included all the details for all files (size, date, etc), and could click on any

What your describing really sounds like ftp server software. Here is a great one: http://www.serv-u.com/

Thanks Onji, this is not the soft that I was looking for.... :-\
It was more like an inventory software for all your pc files, that would allow to browse and search inside these databases. I'll keep on searching
