Buying PC for Cabinet - does this sound like a good deal?

I must agree with Enterprise on this one.

Right now, I am using an older eMachine's computer, which uses all swappable parts. A standard Intel main board, standard mATX PSU, standard mATX case. Now, I probably wouldn't buy on, but if you are only looking for a MAME computer, a new eMachines wih 17" monitor and printer will run about $300 after rebates. I hate rebates

You heartily recommend buying an eMachine over a Dell?   Uh... okay...
