No, stripping all artwork and original parts from a Gauntlet and replacing the sideart with solid "Barney purple" laminate is a horrible thing to do to a Gauntlet machine. That on top of the "V-Ball" conversion is what I had to work with when I bought my first cab. There wasnt much I could to bring it back to life, but I did end up fixing it up  to a respectable condition.
