Could you fabricate solid stainless steel 3" trackball rollers?

Do you want the same dimensons as the Wico's? Im making a couple of sets hopefully tomorrow or early next week so Ill do yours at the same time. Ill give you my paypal details once they are complete.
IntruderAlert:
I'll try to get you some specs on the rollers Franco unless someone else already has it.
Also,
I don't know if you have the equipment to do it but it would be really cool if you could etch the name of the cab into the tops of the dust washers.
You'd have to charge extra for that of course ;)

Yeah, if you can measure them with a digital vernier or micrometer that would be ideal. I can machine them to within less than 0.0005" but obviously I need some accurate dimentions to start with. I imagine the bearing shaft of the roller would be fairly critical. I would also imagine you wouldnt want too high quality surface finish on the part of the shaft that contacts with the trackball otherwise you would not get enough friction and may lead to the trackball 'slipping'. Let me know on this issue too.
As for etching the washers, do you mean something like this:
I cant etch as such but we have a dot matrix marking machine which gives a pretty good result.
