Capcom vs. SNK - Level 4 Character Requirements?

Does anybody know the requirements to get Evil Ryu or the other level 4 characters?  This is on a NAOMI system, not home console.

all the characters can be unlocked with the password system in the test menu, you could try searching www.sega-naomi.com forums for the codes, I think they are also on gamefaqs.com arcade section fo CVS aswell
