Here's a cheap PC case with a removable motherboard tray that includes  the bit for AGP and PCI cards, etc. to mount to.  It would be great for mounting your motherboard to the inside wall of your cab but still keep the PCI and graphics cards secure.

$40

IntruderAlert:
Why not just mount the MB right to the inside wall of the cab?
Most people aren't going to be shaking their cabs around enough to loosen the cards
and if you're really worried about it you could easily make a DIY bracket to screw the cards down on
$38.99 isn't too much i guess but you could spend it on some controls instead

Veinman:
Yeah but if you aren't using a case, how are you situating the hard drive and any other drives that might be in the system? I saw pics of a hard drive literally duct-taped to the sidewall of the cab, and that didn't exactly seem like an ideal solution. :o

RayB:
Velcro.

IntruderAlert:
..or a simple DIY bracket
