X-Arcade BYO Kits now include USB adapter!
millercentral:
Is the USB adapter a custom designed part, or are you OEMing a IPac/GPWiz/etc?
What are the details of the encoder? (number of inputs?, shift button?, poll speed? method of attaching wires to the encoder? etc)

Custom designed by X-arcade, AFAIK, Ultimarc and GGG ARE the OEM's for all their encoders, AKAIK.

28 inputs, 4 codesets, no shiftbutton, poll speed (generally unknown for any encoder), pin header.
Biggest advantage is the ability to use different adapters to hook it up to console systems.

XGaming been using their own USB adapters built for the X-Arcade's for a long time now. Now they are simply including it for free.

Any chance XGaming might sell just the wiring harness? Mine had an accident at one of the connectors so I ended up having to cut it out and replacing it with an IPAC cause I couldn't find the little connectors. Sure would be nice to put the old encoder back to work :)
