Yet Another Jukebox Program

Don't think that this issue is listed thus far, and it's not fixed in the latest 2.8.0 release.
After SKJ has been playing for probably half hour to an hour uninterrupted, the songs start jittering, similar to when you're using the scrollwheel on your mouse to browse around an internet page - that can cause the music to jitter to, but in this scenario it's fine because SKJ should really be allowed to operate on it's own.
If I restart the jittering track (by pressing F5 for example) the jittering continues, but if I restart SKJ it goes away and the same track plays fine.
I can't see evidence of a memory leak as I watched the Task Manager for about half an hour and the memory usage is pretty static.
Any ideas oh knowledgeable one? ;) Cheers, Chalky

Chalky -
It's probably helpful if you list your system specs and anything else that is running while you notice the issue. I personally have not experienced this on my PIII 400 running XP with 192mb memory. It's dedicated to Jukebox only, so I'm not running much (Antivirus, Girder, plus a couple other "little" helper apps).
Just my 2 cents.....

Good call JLR,
I'm running an AMD Athlon 1700+, with 512Mb RAM, and XP Home SP2.
Running in the system tray are MSN Messenger, Grisoft Anti-Virus, Logitech QuickCam, Skype 2.0.
This is my main machine using to rip all the music, so that's going on using WMP10.
Hope this helps? Chalky

I love the equaliser - thanks. Is there anyway for it to stay on with the same preset the next time I start the program?

Yep, I made a note on the site just after I uploaded the latest version :
"Oh, something I meant to mention that I don't think is mentioned anywhere else. There is an option to restore your Equalizer settings in the General Settings section, if you want to use it."

SK, good to see your latest update. Just one thing, am I missing something or just too thick for the modern age? Yes, apparently!!! I can't find an equalizer or any sound controls in the latest version. I updated by downloading as instructed and unzipped all to the installed directory. Other mods that you mention are there but no sound controls.......
Found it!!
:D
