svideo as default in geforce5200
« on: November 13, 2004, 03:26:43 pm »

ok my machine has a geforce FX5200 card with svideo out that i use on the tv in my cab ... the system is an XP Pro system , i went with Pro ( becideds the fact that i have a msdn subscription and have a copy of it ) because it has remote access ( terminal server ) built in by default .. this allows me to log into my cab from my lan and change scripts config files etc without having to connect a kb or anything to the cab ...

BUT their is a problem .. remote access does not see the tv , and it turns off the svideo ... so i'm stuck with pluging a monitor into the cab , just so i can tell it to send the signal to the svideo witch of course defeates the entire reasion for useing remote access ... does anyone know of a way to get this card to STAY on svideo

oh , nvidia 66.81 drivers are whats currently installed.
