:'( I'm not quite as slow as I might seem.....told the gentleman (steve) not to just toss the parts in a trash bin that there are people out there you could use them to salvage other machines.  I gave him my email address and told I could help out.  He emailed me today just checking to see if he had it right......I will keep you all posted

spocktwin:
ps..... as jcoleman and Icecold could tell you I will not get involved in it monetarily just hope I can direct some people to stuff they may need and maybe this guy won't take a complete financial loss.  He seemed like a decent sort (although 30 minutes on the side of a busy interstate is not exactly conducive to really knowing  a person)

If this was hollywood one of the screens would have discharged a little bit of residual current and briefly displayed "Game Over" before flickering off forever!

Even more poetic if one of the machines had been a frogger and subsequently run over by a truck. ;D

Best laugh I've had all day.  ;D

It wasn't one of those Uhaul trailers was it?  Hopefully this guy can salvage enough parts to sell to help out
