Heh, that's so silly.

My webcam game with some games that would allow you to play games with your head. They were pretty funny (for 5 minutes or so).

flight simmers have more or less had this for ages.
its for  freelook, you put an tiny white dot sticker on your hat or forhead and a small IR camera on top of your monitor tracks your movements and translates them into movement.
this way you cna fly and look out the sides of the cokcpit window without needing an extra arm or somethign :P
