I need REALLY thin plexi glass to sandwich my marquee graphic. Anyone have an online source?

Thanks,

Do you have a Home Depot nearby?

Agent Davis:
Hey man I found what you're looking for at home depot.  Can't recall what it's called but its flexible and real thin (not hard like plexi) and very easy to drill through without worrying about breakage.  1/16" or so.

koolmoecraig:
The problem is that this is for a Q*bert machine where the bottom of the marquee sits in a little groove and the top part if held back by a retainer bar. So it cannot be thicker than the groove. So I need REALLY thin stuff so the "sandwich" isnt too thick.

Home depot only had thicker stuff. Is there a name for the stuff that you got from them?

Thanks,
Craig

Polycarbonate is probably what he was using.  It's more flexible and easier to work with, but more prone to scratches than plexiglass.  The common brand name for it is Lexan.  Plexiglass is actually a brand name for acrylic.

A glass store will be able to order whatever you need, if they don't have it on hand.
