need suggestions on mounting a comp monitor

Take the monitor out of it's case.  There are 4 mounting holes, 1 in each corner.  Use those to mount to some wood.  Only thing you have to worry about is the PCB (the board with all the electrical components on it).  You can't just let it hang, so you're going to have to find a way to support it.

Don't you have to take the charge out of the monitor if you remove the casing? Or is that only for TVs?
