Yea, I stopped watching TechTV after G4 absorbed/ruined it.  Here's a section from their website on the feature:

but never have to buy a GBA rom ever again - if you know the right places to look for GBA files ;)

depending on file sizes you can get about 8 GBA carts on a 256Mbit flash rom

there are may retro classics available on GBA :)
