Dynamo control panel dimensions
brained:
Well craig, my problem is simple. Water has damaged my cab, it's supposed to be an 3/4" particle board, but water expanded to about 1 1/2". As you can notice in the picture, sorry for not explaining the problem.
spystyle:
I see,
It's swelled partical board...
I bet there are all kinds of guru's in this message board who have repaired swelled partical board on old cabinets.
I bet you could either sand it down (plane it down) add pilot holes and bondo.
or
Cut out the section in question and replace it with new partical board.
If you cut out a section you can lay a new piece of partical board on the new hole, and trace it onto the partical board, in carpentry we call it 'tranferance' it insures perfect alignment (I worked as a carpenter's assistant when I was younger) The blade width should leave a gap, you can fill the gap with wood glue (duct tape and brace on the back) then after it dries smooth it out with bondo and sanding.
I bet drilling some pilot holes in the side of the hole and new panel would help as the wood glue would fill them (like tree roots)
Good wood glue can make a bond as strong as wood.
Option A would be easier. How big is the area of damage?
Cool?

Jakobud:
Hey guys, I don't think those are the same cabinets. Take a look at the Quarterback cabinet at the side panels around the control panel area. It's definately different than an Ikari Warriors Dynamo.
Jakobud:
Don't worry about it. We'll get it figured out. I don't want in improvise the plans.

I was able to contact the seller, and he found the CP and will include it for an additional $10.
Groovy, I answered my own question, I am a smarty pants!
