ThePaul:
I still haven't figured out how to assemble mine. What is the plastic spacer thing for?

RacerX:
I haven't started that adventure yet.  But I look forward to the challenge.   ;)

$16 for the complete assembly seems very reasonable, unless there's somewhere better?

Hey Peale,  ;)

I have that same bit that you're asking about. Also, a while back , I too had a difficult time putting it together. I have this link from when I asked about mine.

http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=14402;start=msg112446#msg112446

It was another member ( Tilzs ) who helped me with assembly, so I hope the link helps you with yours.

On the same topic, how deep does the cutter need to go to ensure the T-Molding is flush with the edge?  Looking at the website in the link from the post at the top of this thread, I'm not sure whether #5341 or #7641 is what I'd need to buy.  Actually, I'm not even sure what the difference in size means for the two of them...

Hurray for woodworking newbies!

Note: Edited the above to not reflect a need to "hurry for woodworking newbies" :)  Typos in all the wrong places. bleh.

Cutting the slot 3/8" deep should suffice.
