LOL, I agree.  I don't know what those guys do but IMO UPS blow serious amounts of goats  :P

Not that I'm defending UPS, but I used to work for them one summer long ago.  The job consists of basically continually loading and unloading of trucks as fast as you can.  This does mean that sometimes packages get damaged (though not necessarily intentionally).  I honestly didn't have time to treat every package with the care that it would take to make sure it's poorly packaged contents would arrive safely.   I did however try to make sure the heavier packages didn't land on the smaller ones.

Again, not defending UPS, just making a comment

Chris:
I remember when I lived in Columbia, MO, I watched a UPS truck driving down the street with its back door flapping open, streaming packages all over the road... the driver finally stopped a couple of blocks later.  Many of the packages had been crushed by traffic at that point...

I've had far better luck with USPS shipping than UPS these days.  They seem to know they need to be better than UPS to keep from losing more business to them...

I had a 19" bezel arrive cracked one time...they said they never heard of this before.  Funny ;D
Has anyone else noticed the following (see pic) about the 27" bezel lately.  Would be fine i suppose for a horizontal monitor, just put the thick part on the bottom or whatever but it seems like it would look non symmetric for a vertical monitor (not many people using 27" monitor vertical though I suppose)  They all seem to be like this right now although one I ordered a few months ago is not like that.

Chris:
That part is supposed to be trimmed to fit anyway, isn't it?

whammoed:
No, the outside is trimmed to fit.  The inside is precut to fit the appropriate size monitor.  Looks like the bezel was formed/shaped off center and the opening was cut on center.
