What game am I thinking of?

It was a sit-down driving shooter.  You drive a sort of dune buggy with a cannon on the top.  When you got shot by other cars, there was a hammer solenoid or something that would hit the seat right under your butt.

I thought it was Roadblasters, but I guess not...
