new cab wobble

(1/3) > >>

nikfaulkner:
just built the base of my new(and first) cab, see this post

http://www.arcadecontrols.org/yabbse/index.php?board=10;action=display;threadid=17593

i've noticed it has a very slight sideways wobble, any ideas of how i could brace it? there is no front on the base as it was going to be hinged to open for access although i may need to rethink this.

any constructive help/comments would be great.

many thanks

nik

Tailgunner:
I'd drill the base for leveling feet.

nikfaulkner:
thanks for the reply tailgunner,

i don't think i made myself too clear, the structure has a slight wobble. the base is perfectly level and has no need for leveling feet.

CitznFish:
how about pics of the INSODe so we can see what you already did. A 1"x1" crossbrace mqay help...

Vol:
Diagonal braces on the inside along the back and sides will probably solve the problem and allow you to keep the front clear for access.
