2007 Golden Tee help

I was gifted a full arcade version 2007 golden tea. It’s been working great, and then I went away for a week and decided to turn it off to give it a break. Bad move. On start up now I get an error message:  no signal detected; check signal cable.

I checked cables, basic stuff, tried a different power source. Same error. It’s not getting any fan running off of the computer itself. I decided to try some quick troubleshooting, including replacing the power supply. No change. Not sure what I should do at this point, but figured I would reach out to see if you had any advice or parts you think would fix.

I am far from a repair person, but I’m pretty handy and feel pretty confident. I could replace a part if I know what it is.  I’m in northern Florida so not sure what resources are in the area if any.
