Quite a useful and fun DIY spinner project!  It would be great if you could post the content in your linked build article in this thread. Links often get overlooked or ignored. I may look at printing this up and putting together as per your instructions.  It would be interesting to print the encoder wheel as a resin print rather than filament. There's no real stress on this part so a resin print would be cleaner. The addition of flywheel weight on the end of encoder shaft may also add some improvement to the 'spin feel'   I have a few commercial spinners and this is one the features on some of them.  :cheers:
