I like mine; it has a vaporwave theme and I scripted it to play 80's newave and cycle through arcade flyers when idle. I like it because it seems relatively easy to script for. Eventually I'll get around to configuring the Mini-Cutes similar to how I have the Vewlix's set up. Rn I'm working on a script to boot Retropie right into an arcade game and only return to Emulation Station on exit.

I can recommend ReplayOS for RaspberryPi. https://www.replayos.com/
mikejkelley:
Thanks, I'll check that out! The player 2 cab will be finished tomorrow! Just waiting on a USB panel mount and some prints to finish up...

mikejkelley:
Turns out, the Player One cab ISN'T finished. After hooking them both up I was reminded of a four day struggle during which I tried to edit all sorts of arcane Linux settings to try and mirror to a second monitor through the Raspberry Pi's second micro HDMI port. I must've suppressed the memories. The solution is to use a powered splitter, which meant redoing a lot of the wiring harnesses. The good news is that I was able to correct a few tangles but you'd never know it owing to what a rat's nest the case is now. Once again waiting on parts, this time a micro hdmi to hdmi adapter. :badmood:

All 3 Capcom Mini-Cute countercades are finally, fully operational! Just waiting on yet another HDMI splitter to demonstrate 3 player functionality. Should arrive tomorrow!
