Picked up a new project 3-Koam Zback rough.

Need ideas. Working Monitor Jamma harness power supply.  No PCB.  Not sure how to finish.  Replacement PCB seems too expensive.  Not sure iif Pandora can work on a real arcade monitor.  Was thinking of a Street Fighter I Championship theme.  I have done mame, Raspberry Pi, Pandora and 60 in 1.  How would you bring it back with a$300 max budget including graphics t-molding and paint?

J-PAC and a cheap/free PC with VGA. Spend the rest on finishing materials.

And the front, I ended up cutting off the bottom  2 3/4 inches due to water damage. Then I built a pedestal like a Taito cabinet to restore the height.

Nice going on the repair work! Have you decided what's going into it yet?
