Help needed with Taito's G.T.C. 100 universal cabinet!

I am currently restoring a Taito's G.T.C. 100 universal cabinet Double Dragon. I have nearly all the parts except the metal bezel at the top of the marquee. If anyone has this part that they could supply me with the measurements for, then I can get one fabricated as i can't seem to find one for sale anywhere, that would be brilliant. Thanks!
