Megatouch Force reboot loop
« on: November 04, 2024, 02:30:12 pm »
Hi All,
I have a Megatouch Radion Force, Model G20-107-006. All of the sudden, it will not boot up. It powers on, walks though the system and software check, but then the screen goes black for a few seconds and then it says that system reboot in progress and it keeps repeating that process. Any idea what's wrong here? Random things to note are listed below.
- Got this from a friend a few years ago (wasn't working), I replaced the processor and it's been working perfectly ever since (about 3 years now)
- It never gets moved from where it sits (no chance of random physical damage)
- The CPU fan powers on and the inside is relatively clean
- I've removed and re-seated the ram, did not fix the problem. I moved the ram to the other slot, did not fix the problem.
- I did not notice any bulging capacitors on the motherboard

I've attached a few pictures of the inside as well as a screenshot of the final language just before it reboots. I have a video of the entire boot if that helps too.
Any ideas here would be appreciated!

Try a factory reset
