odd invalid media location error

So, unlike the other invalid media location errors, I just get this one (see image)

I have followed the other posts suggesting editing the gamelist.xml file, but it still gives me the same error no matter how many times I try, i'd have pulled all my hair out, if I had any left to pull out!!!
