Crap, now i want to build a vector monitor. Everytime i see something like this i want to do it myself to. Any advice where to start? I got a spongebob tube that im using with a k7000 chassis, but i think it would be alot better if i can build a dyi vectrex cabinet. Please lets talk more on how to build a monitor.

That really is the hard part.  A working color vector monitor will run you $800-$1,000, if you can find it.

Until Barry starts up his long-promised next run of XY Kits, your best bet might be to piece together a WG 19K6100 from parts.  You'd need a deflection board, a high voltage board (with flyback) a neckboard, and a frame with the inserts for the large frame transistors.  And of course, a tube, which is the really hard part, although you could do what I did and take a suitable TV tube and rewind the outer yoke, there are a few tutorials online.  For that you'd need to get a neckboard with the appropriate connector, there are also some replica versions available you could build up from for that.

I think there's an XY kit currently up for sale on ebay, but it's going for a couple hundred over the old "list price."
