Game ideas for racing cab

Im wanting to build a racing cab with some old pc components I have laying around. Will run on a gtx 1060 6gb gpu. I have a thrustmaster t150 ffb wheel/pedals.

Ive never messed with teknoparrot but just found out about Daytona USA 3, Chase HQ 2, etc running from the exe in windows.
Any other good arcade racing games I should consider?

How hard are these games to get setup and running on PC with the wheel I have?
