Wanting to change lighting in my Rowe ami

Hi everyone, I'm wanting to change the fluorescent tubes in my 1965 rowe ami to low energy LED. Unfortunately due to the sizes of the current tubes I am finding it difficult. Does anyone have any tips of what they have done or any suggestions on where to go?
