if you spent a lot of time on your cab you're not going to punch the monitor.  Hope that helps.

OK, OK. I have taken my anger management course and feel I can hold my self back a little LilWolf when the Mutants start hoarding  >:(

So 1/8" is the norm. Does it sway at all in the middle or should I care? Has anyone used dark tint on the back side? If so, is it hard to install?

i tried to use thicker than 1/8 and you can actually see waves in it  >:(. stick with the thin stuff.

Are you sure you want to go the plexi route? I've had better success in the long run spending a little more up front and getting a piece of tempered glass for the bezel.

You can even get the glass smoked, which will also cut down on eye strain.

Just my two cents.  ;)

I used 1/4" plexi and it looks fine.   I guess I did not want to go with 1/8" (which I did use on my control) for the monitor bezel since it seems to flimsey(sp?) to me.

patrickl:
Yeah, glass sounds better to me too. Plexi might work fine, but glass is even better.
