Issue on a Rock-Ola 494 jukebox

Hello,
I just purchased a Rock-Ola 494 jukebox, the system control unit won't go into ordinary activity mode and the console screen flashes 5 in the now playing can't make any selection  :-[
Please could you help me me with sorting this out ?
