Harps 65:
New Owner and I have loaded cds and done a full initialization but almost half of cds show error message "NOT ALLOWED"  Ideas on how to fix?  Also certain songs seem to be preloaded even though I have not requested.  Perhaps a factory reset?  Any help is appreciated
