I finally just sold my bitcoin today. I had put 17,000 into bitcoin 2 years ago just to watch it fall and see my investment stay at around 13,000. I never thought bitcoin was going to go away but at the same time I felt like I made some bad plays so I decided to do nothing and just leave it where it lie and move onto different investments. Well today I sold it for 27,238. I ran it in an interest calculator, if I were to have kept that money in a high yield interest account for about 2 years I would have had to have an interest rate of 27% to see that kind of a return.
