Artwork psd template question

Sorry for asking such a newbie question, but I had a pdf template given to me. I already started to make my bartop arcade but need some artwork. So how do I add artwortwork to a pdf or how do l create a psd file from a pdf?

That depends on the software you are using.

Look for tutorials on YouTube about importing/converting a PDF using your software and you'll want to learn about layers  so you can keep your bartop outline on a different layer than the artwork.
