Emus that work on a command line

Bit of a question: I'm installing Mamewah for the first time (amazing product by the way), and was wondering if someone could give me some advice on the best command line emus for NES, Genesis, SNES, TG16, N64 (if there is one), C64, etc. etc.

Here is a list:

Nintendo VirtuaNES
Super Nintendo zSNES (Use zSNESfe)
Sega Genesis Gens (Use GensFE)
Sega Master System Meka
Playstation ePSXe
Atari 2600 z26 (Use Version with MAME keys)
For the n64 the emu you choose generally depends on the game you want to play.

Lynx - Handy (dunno whether it works with commandline but you don't have any choice!)

Meka plays Game Gear games as well as sega master system games.
