File repository isues

file repository is not quite working as it should. trying to upload some PDF's and they seem to upload, but don't. I noticed after, the capcha verification code isn't working/displaying probably resulting in a failed upload/disallowed since the field is empty.... but no error message appears.

does not work in chrome.
does not work in edge.
