Ok ill give you a shot, i understand what i did wrong, tell me, what would you do? and why? for what purpose? i would like to understand.

First of all I would buy that cab from him.
I would never butcher a mint condition cab to convert it into a ---smurfy--- multicab with stupid Blinky lights.
I would tell the customer that I would be happy to assemble a flat pack cocktail cab for him.
These games are irreplaceable. Once you hack them all up they are gone forever.

Did you leave the CRT in place, and is all of the original wiring still in tact?  That would make this not as bad, but yeah in general this stuff is becoming rarer and rarer.  So if anything, you could justify leaving it in tact to preserve the value that these will continue to have over time.  Hell people are paying $400 on E-Bay for a good CRT.

Yeah i understand that, but whats the purpose on that? the game its just chilling on agarage collecting dust, now its giving joy, as the joy i use to have everytime i went to the arcade, for me, thats better.
