I'll try to fix this. Maybe it won't be hard to do.
Thanks! I will be pending of future releases.

Just like I mentioned on discord channel - nothing needs to be fixed. My build has no nag but patches are without no nag.

Version 272 is out.

Looks like code for neogep patch needs update from august. Nobody realized that some games are missing first two vertical lines from left :)

Fix will be with version 273.

Hi haynor666,

Thanks for maintaining your custom version of Groovymame.
I had been using 0.272 and I am now using 0.273. Unfortunately, both versions (and possibly earlier versions but I haven't used them) display an error when running Galaxian.

The error is as follows:

Code: [Select]
Driver jumpbugbc (file galaxian.cpp): 2 errors, 0 warnings
Errors:
Zilog Z80 device 'maincpu': program space memory map entry writes to nonexistent device ':cust'
Zilog Z80 device 'maincpu': program space memory map entry writes to nonexistent device ':cust'

Driver jumpbugbrf (file galaxian.cpp): 2 errors, 0 warnings
Errors:
Zilog Z80 device 'maincpu': program space memory map entry writes to nonexistent device ':cust'
Zilog Z80 device 'maincpu': program space memory map entry writes to nonexistent device ':cust'

This error doesn't appear in mainline MAME nor in Calamity's Groovymame. Galaxian still runs but the error box is annoying.
Thanks mate.   :D

That's because this game uses extra sound for jump. It's imported from ARCADE32/64. Perhaps I did this wrong or it's just work like this :/

- visible area modifications for many games in neogeo driver (mostly from 320x224 to 304x224 but for four games even to 288x224 - Zed Blade, Goal!Goal!Goal!, Gururin, Zupapa)

Hi friend. Take acount that there are some 312x224 neogeo games:

- Ninja Combat
- 2020 Super Baseball
- Last Resort
- Panic Bomber

I have tested Last Resort and your patch cuts some lines of the ingame area.

Besides this, a fix for Gradius 4 would be great.

Thanks for your work!

Are we going to see .275 by any chance? That mame version has some major fixes to some drivers :)

Should be fine for most games in version 275.
