Last time around we made the mistake of pushing for this right after a bunch of restructuring instead of before it.

Lately I've been less and less motivated to spend time on the emulation stuff, so I'm not offering to moderate it this time around.

Having someone willing to moderate it as well as having FAQ threads ready to go would definitely help your cause.

Maybe someday I'll find the motivation to write a gun info thread like the driving cab one, but since I don't keep up with changes in the emulation scene like I used to, I don't want to be obligated to keep it updated.

Well I would have no problem moderating if the admins so wished.

Ime actually an experienced mod but ime sure there would be others more qualified than me on the subject.

However, when I went to set it up just now, the forum barfed an error at me. I'll need to dig into that first, which I won't be able to do until this weekend at the earliest.
