Need experienced info howto adjust my crt horizontal with Joke / coil

i got a 25 inch crt sony trinitron

this is the tv service manual http://manualzz.com/doc/2312752/kv-25fx30k

and adjusting the screen i get top left and bottom right are tilted.



and this is the joke on the back



when i max out horizontal and vertical center/size its worse then this.

what to do ?
