Wait...you can use Photoshop but can't get your images under 2mb?  Save as a jpeg and move the quality slider until it drops under.  There is an onscreen display that tells you the filesize.

wasnt sure if she meant photoshop or paintshop but yeah she change quality sliders or resolution fairly easily in either one

Image resizer for windows is a great tool.  It adds a context menu to explorer so you just right click the picture and "Resize".

Can someone explain why it is preferred that pictures go into the the "Not a Project" instead of the actual thread you want to post in?
