Account/username problem

Ages ago I tried to change the email address associated with my arcadecontrols forum account (because I got locked out of the original email address), and the forum account software decided to send that old email address a validation email as confirmation that I wanted to do that.  Sooooo, that was the last time I was able to log in (obviously), as the account is now asking me to validate something sent to my old email account when I try to log in (I still know the forum account password but it doesn't care at this point).   Is there an administrator that can help me?  I simply need to remove that validation check, or update the email to my correct email.  It has been ages, and I have been unable to update any posts I have made. 

Please help.  :)
